vegan gluten-free cake

preheat oven to 180°c
oil a 9" springform pan

soak apricots and raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes.
drain
chop apricots
mix together all but 1/4 cup of almonds
pour into pan

bake for 30-40 minutes until firm but moist
cool and refrigerate
remove from pan and serve with remaining almonds on top
