birthday chocolate cake

preheat oven to 160°c and line roasting tin

cream butter and sugar
add eggs one at a time
sift dry ingredients
fold in dry ingredients alternating with water
add vanilla

bake until skewer comes out clean

the icing

185g dark chocolate
125mL light sour cream
pinch salt

melt chocolate
add in sour cream and salt
put on cake.
