i recently sent this recipe to megan of not martha noteriety. i figured it wasn't fair letting no one else have the recipe so here it is:
put all the ingredients into a food processor, food process and adjust lemon juice and tahini to taste.
add salt and pepper if wanted.
put into a bowl and drizzle a little of olive oil over the top and add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
this is so delicious, whenever i have to suddenly produce dip for friends dropping by, picnics or sudden dip cravings i just make it.
and it's yummy served with eggplant dip and thick greek yoghurt and
warm turkish bread.
