chickpea casserole

boil chickpeas until tender, drain
heat oil, add onions, garlic and capsicum
stir until onion is soft
add spices, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock cube and water
simmer uncovered until slightly thickened

stir in chickpeas, add potato dumplings heat through.

serve with fresh basil on top.
