tomato salad

last sunday i was asked to a barbecue at the last minute. i didn't have much of anything apart from a bag of vine ripened tomatoes, so i decided to take along tomato salad.

i put all the ingredients in a tupperware container and kinda shook it all around.

the salad was also effectively "bike tossed" as i rode to the picnic with the salad in my bike satchel.

let the salad warm to room temperature before serving as the slight warmth brings out the deliciousness.
