For every 1 part of sugar replace with 3/4 part of honey or, replace with 1 part of honey and 3/4 of liquid.
so, for a recipe with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk, replace with 1 cup of honey and 3/4 cup of milk, or 3/4 cup of honey.

squeeze a tiny bit of honey into a jug/container and take it into the shower with you. after the shampoo/conditioner ritual, fill the jug with water, mix the honey in, turn the water off, and pour the honey mixture all over your hair as a final rinse - don't wash out. will make hair gorgeously shiny & delicious-smelling.
