banana cake

• 125g butter
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• ½ cup yoghurt
• 1t bicarbonate of soda
• 2 cups S.R. flour
• pinch salt

cream butter and sugar

add mashed bananas and eggs
beat mixture together

fold in flour, soda bicarb and salt, alternating with stirring yoghurt in.

place in buttered patty, muffin or cake tins.

bake at 120°c until brown.

U need to have a PICTURE of a banana cake other wise people don't know what the cake is supposed to look like after they make it
