zucchini soup

this recipe for zucchini soup was given to my mother by one of our friends, priscilla. it's an excellent soup to make during the peak zucchini season because it's so good that you don't easily get sick of eating it... and you can have it hot or cold! versatile! like a credit card owned by macgyver!
the part of the recipe which you shouldn't miss out is adding in the curry powder. It completes the entire recipe and adds a dimension missing in many zucchini soups.

melt butter.
add chopped vegetables to butter and cook until butter is absorbed.
add stock and curry powder
cook until vegetables are tender.
blend.
reheat for 15 minutes

Serve with cream and sprinkled cayenne pepper.
