I think well in Australia anyway, we call the wrapping 'rice paper' and not 'spring roll paper' .. because 'spring roll paper is actually used for making spring rolls! and wouldn't work with cold rolls..' so just be careful with that... i might be wrong

I kind of agree with Hoang, the recipe tastes much better with rice paper.

Most Vietnamese serve Rice Paper Rolls with "Hoisin Sauce". A good brand is "Lee Kum Kee"
