ten minute tomato soup

• 750g tomatoes - peeled
  and chopped
• 1 clove garlic - crushed
• 2T chopped parsley
• 3T olive oil
• 3 cups of chicken stock
• freshly ground pepper
• a pinch of sugar
• a pinch of salt

place tomatoes in a saucepan with garlic, parsley and olive oil
cook gently for five minutes
add chicken stock, salt, sugar and pepper
cook for five minutes more before serving

- serve hot or cold

yum! Tomato Soup! My dad makes this really awesome tomato soup he says he used to make all the time in Poland. It takes him 10 minutes to make and it's the best meal ever!!

didn't this recipe orignally have curry powder in it? was that variation upgraded to "SECRET 10 minute tomato soup recipe" and taken off your site? maybe i should check the memory hole ;)
