donate
I've just made a donation to the Australian Red Cross's Asia Quake and Tsunamis Appeal. The initial target for the appeal is $8 million.
You can donate via the Australian Red Cross website or you may want to make a donation with Medecins San Frontiers.
My heart goes out to all the victims of these horrible events. I can only hope that the international community realises that rebuilding the lives of affected communities is a far more worthwhile task than the "fight" against terrorism.

uh oh.

actually don't.
i wrote a beautifully long post about how i missed my plane to hanoi and then i forgot to save before the free internet timed out.
maybe i'll write somemore, but i shouldn't hog this terminal.
i am however still going to vietnam today, but it's just to the wrong end of the country. ;)
