BloomCan - Day One by Fighting Tiger.
The universe is good to me:
A month ago I quit my job and within two days found part-time work at my favourite local furniture and design store. What’s more, I get to play around with locally designed fabrics and magnificent wooden pirate ships which are the kinds of things I dreamed about when living in Finland.
I have a group of amazing friends, a healthy and loving family, a beautiful garden, a bike which goes as fast as I can pedal, a beautiful house full of memories of my grandmother. I live in a fantastic town which can only get better. I even have a ticket to Europe so I can visit all my other friends next year.
I am so lucky. There’s the need for more peace and more rain and a change of government, but besides that, there’s very little that I want.
Now I just need to wait for more good things to sprout.

Heh. I was going to contact you about something games-dev related, looks like it was a good thing I was too busy and didn’t get around to it!
I’m glad to hear you’re happy. While I’m living a life where I’m slowly realising that, y’know, things won’t slow down any time soon, it’s fantastic to read you and remember that if I want to, I can just stop, breathe, and take some time for myself.
